The Northeast ALS Consortium (NEALS), in collaboration with the ALS Association provide detailed up-to-date information for finding clinical trials focused on ALS and related motor neuron diseases.
The database covers both federally (USA) and privately funded studies and includes interventional trials, examining the efficacy of drugs or treatments and observational trials which aim to gather various information regarding patients and disease progression.
Database searches can be filtered by disease status (ALS sporadic/familial, PLS, HSP, healthy with/without ALS family history) and by trial’s patient recruitment status.
