Hi, Clinical Trials .gov is an online registry of publicly and privately funded clinical studies. The site is maintained by the National Library of Medicine (NLM) at the National Institutes of Health. The information is updated on the site by the clinical trial sponsor or the principal investigator of the study. Not all clinical studies in the United States are registered on Clinical Trials .gov, since some categories of studies are not required by law to be registered (for example, observational studies that do not study a drug or device). The registry can be searched for studies on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. For More Details Whiteboard Explainer Video
